So this year, circumstances meant it all went to pieces a bit. The photo I had which was the basis of the card went walkabout. Or more likely, I couldn’t work out where I saved it.
I therefore pulled into use a picture painted for the house, which isn’t *quite* suitable for squashing and printing. However it does mark my efforts in family history that showed my Cornish heritage goes way back, and including people who lived on the Mount.
An inspired-by painting rather than a from-life painting, the echo of St Michaels appearance over the top does at least give a nod to the season.
